Terms of service:
By commissioning an illustration, you are agreeing to the terms is service Below:1.) I retain all artistic rights to commissioned artwork unless otherwise discussed (Rights Vary Upon Commercial Licensing)2.) Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. Please let me know before I confirm the commission if you intend you use the artwork for commercial use as that will incur a higher fee.3.) Commercial rights will transfer full rights of the commissioned product to the commissioner, and will come at a fee equal to the commission price.4.) I am allowed to decline any commissions.5.) All sales are final - no refunds will be issued after payment has been received.6.) Payment will only be accepted though PayPal, Cash App, and Ko-fi and requires full payment before the start of the project all prices and payments must be in USD.7.) Changes are allowed during the sketch phase. When the sketch is confirmed, any future changes will be charged $50 per change, so please be sure to confirm everything on the sketch.
